Returns and Refunds Policy

At Amaranta Voyages, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that show signs of wear or are not in their original condition may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued through the original method of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference and location.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the original shipping charges (if any) will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or products marked as “final sale,” cannot be returned or refunded.
